Results from the OK Runner XC meet in Norman Sept 19

Boys 10th out of 11 teams
Larry Mathis, sophomore, medaled with a 2nd place finish overall out of 104 runners with a time of 16:41  He had a personal record for the 5K and was only 2 seconds behind the winner as he closed the gap the final 1000 meters.  The other 4 runners to score for Casady were senior Graeme Jones; senior Dylan Barnett, sophomore Declan Jones (a personal record), and junior Andrew Barnett.
 
The girls team placed 6th out of 10 teams.   Junior Shanta Ramdas medaled with a 3rd place finish out of 99 runners.  Kyra Patel, junior, also earned a medal with a 13th place finish.  The other 3 girls scoring for Casady in order were junior Anna Ungvari, junior Jennifer Ou and sophomore Lili Tran.
