CPO Pancake Breakfast and Ash Wednesday

We had an outstanding turnout for the CPO Pancake Breakfast on Shrove Tuesday before the Lenten season began on Ash Wednesday.
It is always a blessing when the Casady Community can gather in the spirit of fellowship and fun. Food was kindly donated by Rosewood Building Company.

All proceeds from the breakfast will benefit The Care Center, a child advocacy organization that helps educate and prevent child abuse.

Casady School observed Ash Wednesday during Middle and Upper Division Chapels. Students and faculty who wished to participate received the imposition of ashes, a solemn practice dating back to the ninth century which serves as a sign of mortality and penitence.
