French Cook-Off

Recently, seventh and eighth graders had their second annual Cooking Contest in French class.
For this project, students cooked or baked a French dish, then presented it to a group of judges.

Students presented savory dishes like beef bourguignon, quiches, homemade bread/butter/ham sandwiches, and ratatouille, as well as sweet dishes like éclair, chocolate mousse, tatin tart, crème brûlée, chocolate croissant, mille feuille, madeleine, and macarons.
