Bee Observations

Second-graders studied a preserved bee under a magnifying glass, carefully observing and drawing its structures. 
They discussed how the bee's anatomy, such as its fuzzy parts, legs, and wings, makes it an effective pollinator. The lesson connected to broader concepts like plant growth, interdependent ecosystems, and the role of bees and flowers in pollination.
